Join green urbanism senior program associate Ted Bardacke as he participates in "Climate Change and Preserving Cultural Heritage in the 21st Century," a panel discussion at the Getty Center on November 8th.
Co-hosted by NRDC and the Getty Conservation Institute, and moderated by Frances Anderton, the host of KCRW's "DnA: Design and Architecture," the panel of experts from the United States and the United Kingdom will examine the increasing impact global warming has on our cities, buildings and historic monuments, and how core values of historic preservation -- sustainability and reuse of materials -- play a significant role in addressing this issue.
